The purchase automatically initiates the download which will be delivered either by a zipped file or a link on your order confirmation email which will remain active for 48 hours. If you have any problems accessing your downloadable products please do not hesitate to contact us.
2) PLEASE MAKE YOUR DOWNLOAD PURCHASES SEPARATE FROM OTHER PRODUCTS    Occasionally there have been problems when everything has been on one transaction and the downloads have not been delivered.
3) DON'T PURCHASE MORE THAN 4 DOWNLOADS AT A TIME    At the moment our server has a limited capacity for delivering downloads.
