Supporting Liberia and the British Dyslexia Association

Crossbow supports a school in the West African nation of Liberia - one of the poorest countries in the world, devastated by civil war in the 1990's, then again by Ebola ten years later. We have helped with building a classroom, building a toilet and providing resources. We also fund a scholarship which pays the salary of some of the staff and enables some of the poorest children in the community to go to school. Crossbow founder Bob Hext has made three visits to Liberia, and has had the privilege of both teaching and providing teacher training at the school.
